摘要: Polyurethane foams are described, as well the production of such polyurethane by reaction between a natural polyol, sucrose or blend mono- disaccharides in place standard hydrocarbon-based polyol component, an ionic liquid deep eutectic solvent, polyisocyanate and water presence suitable forming catalyst optionally flame retardant, one more components surfactants and/or emulsifiers. The resultant foam can exhibit bio-based solid content ranging from about 17% to 30%, may be formulated variety densities for applications, instance where retardant has been added appropriate amount, exhibits high degree fire burn resistance, exhibited spread index smoke values.
