摘要: The invention provides a substrate for biopolymer hybridization, hybridization device, and method capable of: speeding up of biopolymer, by means dielectrophoresis or electrophoresis applying an alternating voltage direct to planar electrode, so as generate electric field; reading the hybridized laser like.
