摘要: Disclosed are a composition for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer and/or pneumonia, comprising thioredoxin 1 as an active ingredient, and use thereof. Also, diagnostic kit pneumonia method provided. Because blood, which is relatively easy to be sampled, employed specimen, very simple does not impose load on patients compared conventional methods that directed biopsy. In addition, useful in early thanks high sensitivity selectivity Thioredoxin can used marker characterized by decreased serum level, with thereby readily discriminating from well diseases other than cancer.
