摘要: A new semi organic nonlinear optical crystal, l-valine nickel chloride has been synthesized and good quality single crystals were grown by slow evaporation technique. The growth conditions of the are studied confirmed powder X-ray diffraction studies. crystal was characterized using powdered XRD, FT-IR, UV–Vis–NIR, EDAX, TG–DTA. crystalline nature its various planes reflections observed XRD. presence functional groups FT-IR spectroscopic UV–Vis–NIR spectrum indicates that very absorption in entire visible near IR region suggesting suitability material for NLO applications. decomposition temperatures mass loss have estimated from thermogravimetric analysis.
