摘要: A sending device exchanges handshake signals with a recording prior to the delivery of voice messages. The and are remotely connected using data network. In one embodiment present invention, network provides different levels quality services (QOS). message can be sent low QOS level that permits long delays between voice-based packets. On other hand, handshaking negotiation (e.g., status request acknowledgment packets) is carried out higher shorter delays. By knowing before recording, user will not waste time record message.
