摘要: Pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) are a unique type of because they exhibit the characteristics self-renewal and pluripotency. PSCs may be induced to differentiate into any cell type, even male female germ cells, suggesting their potential as novel cell-based therapeutic treatment for infertility problems. Spermatogenesis is an intricate biological process that starts from spermatogonial (SSCs) leads differentiated haploid spermatozoa. Errors at stage in spermatogenesis result infertility. During past decade, much progress has been made derivation various types progenitor cells. Currently, there two main approaches functional PSCs, either induction vitro differentiation produce products, or combination vivo transplantation. The production mature fertile spermatozoa might provide unlimited source autologous gametes Here, we discuss current state art regarding SSCs, embryonic pluripotent We also possible use livestock-derived option animal reproduction treatment.
