摘要: Electrically-energized salient stator poles (40 to 54) of a variable reluctance motor terminate in teeth that oppose the rotor (10). Permanent magnets (110, 120) located between adjacent and magnetized transverse gap enhance torque relative applied excitation ampere-turns. on motors are avoided by reversing magnetization permanent from pole energizing windings four phases 1 0 0, 1, during successive steps. In one embodiment, linear utilizes system replacing with actuator.
