摘要: Abstract Granular deposits of immunoglobulin and complement were found by fluorescence microscopy in the dermis lesions from patients with erythema nodosum leprosum. In some cases apparently also contained soluble mycobacterial antigen. The distribution these corresponded areas polymorph infiltration. It is suggested that leprosum a manifestation Arthus phenomenon. few studied level third component serum was raised.
