摘要: Abstract In vivo loading data for the rotator cuff would be of value to scientists and clinicians interested in shoulder. The Arthroscopically Insertable Force Probe (AIFP; Microstrain, Burlington, VT) offers a potential method collecting this information. A technique insertion retrieval AIFP from subscapularis is described. was initially established cadaveric model. inserted into tendon 3 volunteers during diagnostic shoulder arthroscopy. After motor effects interscalene block had worn off, dynamic relating collected. AIFPs were removed through port site by traction on 0 (3.5 metric) nylon suture without complications.
