摘要: Described is a human epidermal and/or hair treatment composition of (i) fragrance malodour counteractant and (ii) fragrance- counteractant-compatible solvent-containing microcapsules provided in suspension gel or emulsion. Also described method for delivery beneficial agents to the surface area region wherein remain on epidermis follicles substantial period time subsequent their application are ruptured over time, thereby effecting both an initial agent rubbing, and, addition, controlled release into treated follicles.
