摘要: An optimal test method for paint is proposed; additionally, the Field and Laboratory Emission Cell (FLEC) used in Europe applied as a substitute 20 L small chamber method. The emission factors of total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) formaldehyde from oil-based paint, emulsion water-dispersion with coating weight 300 g/m2, cured 24/48 hours, were measured using rate TVOC all paints began to stabilize after approximately 7 days hours curing even though Korean standards stipulate that should be analyzed third day application. factor oil-based, emulsion, also FLEC There was good correlation between emissions. With method, prepared under identical conditions, stable 24 installation samples because air flow much higher than chamber, relative cell volume smaller chamber.
