摘要: ZnS nanobelts and ZnS@reduced graphene oxide (rGO) nanocomposites were synthesized via simple solvothermal treatments. The chemical composition, structure optical properties of ZnS@rGO samples characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman Spectroscopy FESEM, UV-visible spectroscopy. We have used UV-Visible absorption spectra to find the band gap prepared nanocomposites, direct bandgap pure is 2.70 eV that in case about 2.59 eV. nanostructure differ significantly from bulk due quantum confinement effect nanostructure. as a photocatalyst for degradation methylene blue (MB) under visible light irradiation.
