摘要: The increased use of metal surfaces as transducing elements in biomedical and biosensor applications has led to a heightened need for Au or Ag that do not denature proteins. In quartz crystal microgravimetric (QCM),1 electrochemical,2 surface plasmon resonance (SPR),3 enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)4 measurements, bringing biomolecules under interrogation close macroscopic improves the quality accuracy measurements. On other hand, it is well known direct adsorption proteins on typically leads complete loss biological activity.5 This paradox: how prepare metallic can support protein adsorption.
