摘要: We discuss a simple molecular model of the smectic A phase for hard spherocylinders interacting with centre-to-centre 1/r 6 attractive potential. The theory predicts period phase. influence additional tail on formation is studied. detailed numerical results are given length to diameter ratio equal 5 and 10.
