摘要: Abstract High quality KTa 0.67 Nb 0.33 O 3 (KTN) single crystal has been grown by the Czochralski method. Three phase transitions Rhombohedral-to-Orthorhombic ( R – ), Orthorhombic-to-Tetragonal T ) and Tetragonal-to-Cubic C were observed using temperature-dependent Raman spectra, thermal expansion, dielectric measurements. The transition temperatures determined spectra are close to those i.e., at 175 K, 210 K, 250 K. While measurements showed that , occur 192, 223, 265 K, respectively. properties of KTN obeys Curie–Weiss law 0 =260 K) above 265 K. At 77 K, typical polarization–electric P E hysteresis loops observed, largest remnant polarization is 15 μC/cm 2 .
