摘要: A phylogenetic reconstruction based on 506 nucleotides near the 5' end of 18S subunit ribosomal DNA (rDNA) in 2 gastropod, 3 chiton and 28 bivalve mollusks supported monophyly sister group relationship subclasses Heterodonta Palaeoheterodonta but could not confidently establish either or relationships morphologically well defined Pteriomorphia, Protobranchia, Anomalodesmata. When both gastropods chitons were included analysis, one other invariably emerged within Bivalvia. Some evidence indicates that this apparent polyphyly may be consequence unequal rates evolution rapid changes protobranch anomalodesmatan lineages. The taxa usually Pteriomorpha emerge as a grade rather than clade, although sequence differs from phylogenies.
