Brain drain: Inclination to stay abroad after studies

摘要: 'Brain drain' is a phenomenon in which people of high level skills, qualifications, and competence, leave their countries emigrate. One major case the brain drain happens when students from developing studying developed decide not to return home after studies. We examined reasons for international students' inclination stay host sample 949 management who came study United Kingdom States. The results support three-fold model factors that influenced this inclination. Students' perceptions ethnic differences labor markets, adjustment process country, family ties all affect intention stay. © 2006 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
