摘要: The bovine papillomavirus E5 gene encodes a 44 amino acid membrane-associated protein that can induce tumorigenic transformation of rodent fibroblast cell lines. Genetic studies suggest the may transform cells by influencing activity cellular proteins involved in growth regulation. We report here endogenous beta type receptor for platelet-derived factor (PDGF) is constitutively activated C127 and FR3T3 stably transformed protein, but not these types variety other oncogenes.
