摘要: Bringing about a transition to more efficient, affordable and sustainable energy sources, carriers technologies for all of humanity is one the key challenges 21st century. Addressing this challenge effectively requires complex linkage between multiple perspectives be assessed within transdisciplinary framework. Even today, however, there scant communication across disciplines among various actors affecting affected by such transitions. This section highlights diverse approaches past programmes policies aimed at facilitating transitions discusses some issues associated with their successes failures. It concludes thoughts on how can improved in future thinking terms processes rather than taking into account interdependencies systems, as well several important ethical dimensions.
