Properties of zero-energy surface states in d-wave superconducting junctions

摘要: The formation of quasiparticle zero-energy bound states at surfaces and interfaces high-Tc superconductors is a direct consequence the d-wave symmetry order parameter. In many cases it possible to understand novel physics appearing surfaces/interfaces by simple consideration specific properties states. Here we discuss how large density makes breaking time-reversal energetically favorable, both Josephson junctions. 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
