摘要: Long-lasting over-elevated stress on the hip joint articular surface can damage cartilage and is connected with arthrosis development. Periacetabular pelvic osteotomy performed in order to prevent development different cases of residual dysplasia where increased because inadequate femoral head coverage, i.e., too small weight bearing area. The aim this work estimate a decrease after periacetabular osteotomy. For purpose, three-dimensional mathematical model constructed taking into account spherical shape acetabulum inner before operation. On basis presented results it concluded that while performing proximal part should be rotated over lateral direction simultaneous medial displacement whole joint. In way postoperative reduced greatest extent. >
