摘要: Background: Several thousand mobile phone apps are available to download phones for health and fitness. Mobile may provide a unique means of administering interventions populations. Objective: The purpose this systematic review was systematically search describe the literature on used in behavior interventions, behavioral features focus apps, evaluate potential disseminate interventions. Methods: We conducted September 2014 using key terms several relevant scientific journal databases. Only English articles pertaining were included final sample. Results: 24 studies identified primarily feasibility pilot with small sample sizes. All informed by theories or strategies, self-monitoring as most common construct. Acceptability high among users. Conclusions: lack large signal need additional use assist individuals changing their behaviors.
