Endpoints included presence any complication (bleeding, hematoma formation or expansion, back pain urinary retention) comfort satisfaction position. Patients asked prior discharge select position they would preferred post-procedure. Selection an alternative felt indicate dissatisfaction Ten in 1, nine experienced (X2 = 3.682, df p 0.05). Eighty-five percent selected vs. 24% those 27.6, < .001). CONCLUSION varying least as safe traditional more comfortable for patients.
