摘要: Antibiotic stewardship programs have been playing an increasingly important role in patient care and hospital policies. The of these surgical presents several unique challenges opportunities, most notably the perioperative setting. Controversy remains regarding optimal antibiotic choice, dosage, length prophylaxis. Here, we review current best practices suggest areas for further research specific to care.
