摘要: Background Replication timing of metazoan DNA during S-phase may be determined by many factors including chromosome structures, nuclear positioning, patterns histone modifications, and transcriptional activity. It Mb-domain termed as “replication domains”, recent findings indicate that replication is under developmental cell type-specific regulation.
