摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to identify organisational good practice concerning equality, diversity and sexual orientation consider the impact Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003.Design/methodology/approach employs in‐depth interviews a short survey with 154 lesbian, gay bisexual people (LGB) 60 management, trade union LGB group representatives within 16 “good practice” case study organisations.Findings Before introduction (SO) (2003), progress was made based on social justice and/or business arguments. research shows that an inclusive response can benefit both employees their employers.
