摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter highlights judgment analysis (JA). It describes the steps necessary to apply JA and provide guidelines for making numerous decisions required a successful application. is also known as “policy capturing,” research method that has been used in hundreds of studies decision including multiple cue probability learning, interpersonal conflict, expert judgment. found useful an aid judgment, particularly cases involving conflict about technical political issues. The goal describe, quantitatively, relations between someone's information, or “cues,” make often study on unfamiliar tasks. For analysis, all formal analytic methods, proper formulation problem critical success analysis. Designing task includes (1) defining interest, (2) identifying cues, (3) describing context (4) distributions values, (5) among cues.
