摘要: BACKGROUND Hepatic lesions often present diagnostic connundrums with conventional MR techniques. Hepatobiliary phase contrast-enhanced imaging gadoxetic acid can aid in the characterization of such lesions. However, quantitative measures describing late-phase enhancement must be assessed relative to their accuracy hepatic lesion classification. PURPOSE To compare parameters dynamic and hepatobiliary versus apparent diffusion coefficients characterization. MATERIAL AND METHODS 57 patients focal on were included. Lesion at standard post-contrast time points (HB; 15 25 minutes post-contrast) was via calculation contrast (CR) ratios (ER). Apparent coefficient (ADC) values also obtained. Values for these compared among ROC analyses performed. RESULTS HB greatest FNH adenomas. ER but not CR could distinguish HCC from benign entities (0.9 AUC 0.5 AUC). There no statistically significant difference found between detection any (p>0.4). ADC significantly higher hemangiomas (p<0.05) without greater parameters. CONCLUSION characterizes more accurately than point are generally superior CR. No discernible benefit minute delayed is demonstrated.
