摘要: The buffer size decision for the flexible transfer line (FTL) gains more and importance because of growing FTL complexity production costs. in front bay machines is still one major optimization problems faced by engineers. In this paper, we attempt to find near optimal with rework paths (FTLRP) that achieves best throughput FTLRP. A genetic algorithm (GA) was applied For performance evaluation FTL, a novel aggregation technique proposed Jingshan (2004), used FTLRP at given size. order achieve efficient use GA, multiple vectors distribution method (MVDM) genes arrangement. An application example developed after number operations based on sizes all buffers could be found.
