摘要: The aim of this work was to investigate the function peroxiredoxin family member Peroxiredoxin 6 in Sepiella maindroni (Smprx6) during embryonic development and response thermal stress. 1064 bp full-length coding sequence Smprx6 includes an open reading frame 660 bp encoding a polypeptide 219 amino acids with predicted molecular mass 24.4 kDa. deduced protein shares significant homology other reported Prx6 enzymes. Phylogenetic analysis classified SmPrx6 into 1-Cys-Prx cluster, quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) demonstrated constitutive mRNA expression all tested tissues five different developmental stages, as previously documented cephalopods.
