摘要: Eka kusta is a type of kshudra kustha described in different Ayurvedic classics. It vata-kaphaj disorder. The clinical symptom Ek Ayurveda resembles with the Psoriasis. feature by Kashyap represents remission, relapse and seasonal variation, which are present In modern medicine there no definite treatment for this disease. medicines, available to treat disease, not very effective cannot be used longterm management because their local systemic side effect as well toxicity. Medicines, Ayurveda, safe being practiced since thousands year. A large number drugs measures Kusta. This study was designed access plan psoriasis (Eka kusta). randomized open phase trial. patients age group 18 60 were selected on basis signs symptoms kusta. Observations recorded sharply defined erythemosquamous lesions varying size; presence erythema, scaling induration lesions; surface consists non-coherent scales; positive Auspitz sign – (Bleeding occurs after scratching scales); onion peeling sign/candle grease (after scales fall like peels onion). Since assessment criteria Quantitative, paired’t’ test applied. current found significantly treating psoriasis.
