Vibrational properties of and short range order in superionic glasses AgPO3−AgX (X = I, Br, Cl)

摘要: Abstract Raman scattering measurements are reported for different glasses containing silver halides. The high frequency (Δ v > 250 cm -1 ) study implies that the interactions between phosphate network and halide solutes very weak. Area of two low-frequency bands ( have shown that: (i) low band (∼60 is only correlated to all Ag + oscillations; (ii) higher shifts from 115 (AgI) 135 (AgBr) 190 (AgCl) its integrated intensity in linear relation AgX concentration. mode has been assigned symmetric vibrations involving both X - ions line αAgI. A local cluster model tetrahedral (AgX) n species proposed each glass.
