Intercourse frequency among men presenting to a sexual health clinic: does age matter?

摘要: We assessed the association between intercourse frequency and sexual function among 583 consecutive males with partners presenting to a men’s health clinic over 2-year period. Median age was 62 men reported median of 2 (IQR 0, 5) episodes per month. Younger age, shorter relationship duration, higher satisfaction (IIEF-IS) scores, libido (all p < 0.01) were associated more frequent intercourse. On multivariable analysis, longer duration less (p = 0.03), but linked overall satisfaction. Age not significant predictor frequency.
