摘要: The general purpose of the study was to compile current descriptive information for recent graduates from career school sector institutions that reveals significant factors which contributed their program completion. research project focused upon completers. scope directed completers at two schools in Texas offer a cross-section programs designed provide students specific skills immediate employment. Based an extensive review literature and input focus group experienced administrators faculty members, seven variables were determined be worthy possible contributions ability accept responsibility completion, academic preparedness, family or friends support system, self-esteem, life sense being goal-oriented, connectedness school.
