摘要: PURPOSE: The impact of drug shortages on patient care, the resources used to manage shortages, and cost associated with were studied. METHODS: A national online survey was conducted quantify effects care pharmacy expenses. Directors in acute institutions ASHP member database asked estimate acquisition costs, pharmacist nonpharmacist staff time dedicated specific functions related drug-compounding RESULTS: Usable responses received from 370 (24.7%) 1496 directors.
