摘要: The status of four nominal taxa Afrotropical Papilionidae, Papilio fulleborni Karsch, 1900, rydoni Kielland, 1987, sjostedti Aurivillius, 1908, and var. atavus Le Cerf, 1912, is discussed. Formal taxonomic information given in an appendix. Basedon evidence from the male female wing patterns genitalia, their geographical distributions, it concluded that they are best considered to represent two species originally established. Thus sjoestedti bitypic, including nominotypical subspecies P. s. atavus. fuelleborni more problematic; may polymorphic forms same taxon, but absence conclusive evidence, we maintain quo treat them as subspecies: f. rydoni.
