摘要: Drained triaxial axisymmetric isotropic and subsequently shear compression tests are performed on fully water-saturated short cylindrical samples of nearly monodisperse glass beads, initially assembled in a loose state by moist tamping undercompaction technique. Both drained affected dynamic instabilities triggered under uncontrolled or deviatoric stress. These encompass collapses, stick-slips especially the unexpected liquefaction. The most reasonable but imprecise scenario points to possible dynamical collapse granular structure spontaneous failure force chains, generating an instantaneous surge excess pore pressure saturated system. This paper aims exploring key role outburst some global macroscopic parameters these events. It focuses unforeseen, short-lived stabilised proposes in-depth assessment validity reliability measurements. Irrespective loading condition (i.e. shear) ephemeral controls evolution axial volumetric strains essentially consolidation process. Some appearance conditions for discussed.
