摘要: Antilymphocytic globulin (ALG) depressed the antibody responses of mice to SRBC as measured in terms splenic PFCs IgM, IgG1, IgG2a and IgG2b specificity. This effect was apparent over a range antigen doses. ALG also reduced congenitally athymic SIII. The possible mode action is discussed light these, other, observations.
