摘要: Abstract This article focuses on the value and benefit of a Breast Center to an organization by identifying best ways maximize their contribution in order create sustain financially viable, clinically respected community-oriented Center. The goal is ultimately community hospital’s Comprehensive Cancer Program as whole. propositions are divided into three areas that have positive impacts program hospital, collectively. These are: 1. Financial Value – identified values contribute bottom line—or Return Investment (ROI)—of Program. 2. Clinical Quality Values improve quality care outcomes patients. 3.
