摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate enterococci as lactic acid bacteria and part Firmicutes phylum. We focused on the virulence factor, biofilm formation, antibiotic resistance also production enterocin gene detection. Intestinal samples were taken from 50 healthy trout (3 Salmo trutta 47 gairdneri) collected in April 2007, 2010, 2015 different locations at Bukovec water reservoir Cierny Vah River Slovakia. Twenty pure colonies identified using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry identification system based protein fingerprints, then seven strains phenotyped. Based methods used, (7) belong taxonomically four enterococcal species: Enterococcus durans, E. faecium, mundtii, thailandicus. They hemolysis, DNase, gelatinase negative with acceptable enzymatic activity. did not form mostly susceptible antibiotics. All produced amounting 1.78 ± 0.33 mmol/l average possessed for A production. This is first reporting more detailed properties Slovakian wild sources, it produces new possibilities studying microbiota trout.
