摘要: CERTAIN parasitic helminths of lower animals are capable infecting a variety mammalian species that not their definitive hosts. Under such conditions the invading larvae usually do develop further but may survive indefinitely in tissues. If these form part food chain host, parasite's life cycle is eventually completed.
