Locked intramedullary nailing for displaced tibial shaft fractures

摘要: We analysed the results of 93 tibial shaft fractures treated with Grosse-Kempf locked nail. Twenty-six were comminuted, 19 open grade I to II, and 54 located outside middle third tibia. The deep infection rate was 3.2%. There only two poor results. use this method is recommended discussed.
