摘要: — Rat cerebral cortex slices were incubated in vitro with [3H]dopamine (DA) or [3H]noradrenaline (NA) (10−7M), superfused by fresh buffer and stimulated an electric field. The stimulation-induced overflow of [3H]DA [3H]NA was determined. In from untreated rats about 16 ng [3H]NA/g tissue formed [3H]DA, corresponding to 5 per cent the endogenous NA concentration. Stimulation markedly enhanced [3H]NA. newly overflowing a greater extent than previously taken up incubation medium, indicating preferential release synthesized transmitter. increased pretreated tyrosine hydroxylase inhibitor (H44/68). It seems that depletion stores central neurons inhibition makes [3H]cate-cholamines more available for release. Pretreatment DA-β-hydroxylase inhibitors FLA63 FLA69 considerably diminished formation [3H]DA. DA can act as ‘false transmitter’ after inhibition.
