摘要: The present status of γ-ray linear polarization measurements on oriented nuclei is discussed. formalism used in the analysis experimental data summarized and complemented by formulae for γ-transitions with triple multipole mixing. A survey technique detection polarization, using Compton polarimeters, given. Two important applications are briefly surveyed, namely, measurement theg-factors excited states investigation time-reversal symmetry atomic nuclei.
