摘要: Abstract Rice planting patterns have changed dramatically over the past several decades in northeast China (NEC) due to combined influence of global change and agricultural policy. Except for its great implications environmental protection climate adaption, spatio-temporal changes rice cultivation NEC are not clear. In this study, we conducted analyses NEC's major production region, Heilongjiang Province, by using satellite-derived maps. We found that total cultivated area Province increased largely from 1993 2011 it expanded spatially northern eastern part Sanjiang Plain. The results also showed areas experienced a larger increase region managed Reclamation Management Bureau (RMB) than local provincial government. were closely related with those geographic factors investigated periods, represented geomorphic (slope), climatic (accumulated temperature), hydrological (watershed) variables. These findings provide clear evidence crop has been modified better cope change.
