摘要: Abstract The novel graphene oxide sheet-methylammonium lead iodide (GO-MAPbI3) was used as photoanode surface modification and is a photosensitizer for perovskite solar cells. multi-crystalline presence of GO-MAPbI3-prepared photo-anode morphologies were observed by high-resolution electron transmission microscopy scanning microscopy. selected diffraction pattern GO-MAPbI3 has also been in nature. containing the elementary composition determined using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. They consist Pb 4f5/2 4f7/2 have an energy binding value 143.9 (eV) 138.9 (eV). crystalline cubic black color confirmed pattern. From Fourier transform infrared spectra, functional groups, methylammonium internal hydrogen bonding between C–N group attached to C–H its corresponding values. photo-current density-voltage curves are regulated coated on giving 8.39% power conversion efficiency.
