摘要: Anthocyanin, a red pigment, is widely distributed in various parts of higher plants. It provides the scarlet to blue colors flower petals association with other flavonoids and/or organic acids. Many plant biochemists have made efforts elucidate its chemical structure and details biosynthesis.
