摘要: Comparison with reference method is one of the necessary requirements for validation non-standard methods. This comparison was made using experiment planning technique two-way ANOVA. In ANOVA, results obtained EDXRF method, to be validated, were compared ASTM E572-13 standard test method. Fisher's tests (F-test) used comparative study between elements: molybdenum, niobium, copper, nickel, manganese, chromium and vanadium. All F-tests elements indicate that null hypothesis (Ho) has not been rejected. As a result, there no significant difference methods compared. Therefore, according this study, it concluded approved in requirement.
