摘要: A realistic tight-binding theory, based on the first-principles energy-band results of Mattheiss, is used to study electron-phonon interaction in new high-T/sub c/ superconductors La/sub 2-//sub x/(Ba,Sr)/sub x/CuO/sub 4/. The calculated include phonon dispersion curves, linewidths, Eliashberg function ..cap alpha../sup 2/(..omega..)F(..omega..), and constant lambda. very strong couplin specific O phonons conduction electrons found (lambdagreater than or equal to2), leading: because light oxygen mass: T/sub values --30-40 K.
