摘要: Acute brain injury as a result of stroke and traumatic are leading causes disability mortality. Methods to improve patient diagnosis prognosis for these common conditions needed. Molecular biomarkers one method that has been evaluated diagnose acute injury, determine its cause, predict outcomes response therapy. Markers have identified include variety proteins, nucleic acids, lipids relate the pathophysiology injury. Inflammation plays an important role in several molecules involved inflammation biomarkers. However, is developing field requires additional study identify markers use clinical practice. These studies will evaluating larger number candidate using proteomic, genomic, metabolomic, lipidomic approaches. Additionally, novel such microRNA panels integrate multiple may also prove be valuable tools In this chapter, we provide summary inflammatory how could add care.
